Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream is a Japanese and American retailer of clothing, featuring two lines of clothing established by Nigo and Williams. The lines consist of polos, sweatshirts, T-shirts, denim, knits, shirts and suits; the outerwear in down, technical, leather, and cotton fabrics; sneakers, underwear, hats, socks, and accessories. All products are produced in very limited quantities. Sold for high prices because they are unique.

The two collaborated to create and launch two new premium streetwear brands: Ice Cream and Billionaire Boys Club. One-Half of The Neptunes partnered with Japan's fashion icon Nigo. Both designers worked to create and launch 2 new premium street brands. Called Ice Cream and Billionaire Boys Club. There were some brand setbacks after its original conception because of disputes between Reebok and Williams. Sneakers did sneak out on the line, but the clothing was postponed. The rapper JAY Z, in August 2011 announced that he, himself, would be partnering with the Billionaire Boys Club clothing line. He also invested in the line through a joint venture with Iconix. Making a record high $25 million to $30 million in volume, over $12 million from the previous years. Originally, Billionaire Boys Club was exclusively manufactured in Brooklyn New York. Now in recent seasons, the clothing has been made in Canada, Mexico, Korea, China, and Turkey.
